Off-Season: December 1 – March 31
Peak Season: April 1 – November 30

Rates vary by property, season, and length of stay.
💰 Additional Fees & Deposits
- Standard Cleaning Fee: $149 per stay
- Bridgeview & River View Lodge Cleaning Fee: $195
- Pet Deposit: $95 + tax (must be pre-approved before arrival, no pets at Bridge View or River View Lodge)
- Taxes: Not included in base rate

🐾 Pet Policy
We welcome pets at select cabins with prior approval. A $95 per-pet deposit + tax applies.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend.
📋 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
Because our cabins often book months in advance, each reservation is held exclusively for your stay.
If you need to cancel:
- Your deposit may be applied toward another stay within one year of your original reservation.
- We will reopen your dates to other guests.
- If the cabin is rebooked, we’ll issue a refund minus a $50 service fee.
Like airline tickets or cruise reservations, advance payments help us hold your cabin and manage bookings efficiently.
