As fellow pet owners, we understand the joy of traveling with your K9 companions. We welcome responsible pet owners to bring small to medium, non-shedding dogs to our rental properties (with the exception of Bridge View and River View Lodge).
Service Animal Policy for Knutson Property Rentals
We recognize and respect the vital role that service animals play for individuals with various needs. Service animals are welcome at our properties, and no pet fee will be charged for their stay.
Guidelines for Service Animals:
- To waive the pet fee, appropriate documentation confirming the service animal’s status is required.
- While service animals are exempt from the pet fee, owners remain responsible for ensuring the property is maintained during the stay.
Additional Charges:
If there is significant shedding, property damage, or failure to clean up after the service animal, additional cleaning or repair charges will apply.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.
Pet Guidelines:
- Your pet must be pre-approved (please provide size and breed details).
- A non-refundable pet fee of $95.00 applies, payable through the booking platform or by credit card over the phone.
- Owners are 100% responsible for any additional cleaning costs due to shedding or damages caused by chewing, clawing, or accidents. Any extra charges will be discussed with you prior to billing.
Important Rules:
- Pets may not be left unattended in the rental property at any time. If you leave the property — even to enjoy the fire pit — your pet must accompany you or remain in a kennel/crate.
